【The Theme of Submission】

※ The works can display on the wall
※ The works should be framed
※ The works size within H120 x W120 x D10cm
※The works should be under 15kg
※ Submit either individually or as a team
※ Submit artwork up to 1 piece
【Submission Guidelines】

・Download the file below, fill in and submit it to the specified address.
【Notes】
※ No fires
※ Works that emit a foul odor are not permitted.
※ Works that use water are not allowed.
※ Please use materials that can withstand the exhibition period of about 2 weeks.
※ For works that require electrical capacity, we will only contact those who have passed the first screening.
【Eligibility】
・Those who have legitimate rights to their own work.
・No restrictions in age, gender, nationality, levels of experience
・Artists who passed the first selection agreed to register the art communication
platform ArtSticker

※ 30 artworks will be selected and those participated artists will be notified to send the original artworks as required

※ we will notify the winners by email individuall and announced on official website.
【Copyright】
Copyright of submitted works will belong to the artist.
The organizers has all rights to post all winning works on the website, SNS, printed materials, coverage articles, etc.
The winners should cooperate with interviews and shooting offered by media and organizers, etc.
【Regarding the handling of Personal Information】
Submitted documents will be handled with the utmost care with the protection of personal data and will be used only for screening purposes.

【Notes for Shipping】
● Sender bears the actual postage cost.
● The artwork should be framed(no glass,acrylic is allowed), safety pack in a strong paper box is required. Please be noted that we are not responsible for any damage or liability while delivery or unpacking. (Direct delivery is not allowed)
● Move-in period is restricted.
● Attach a string to the back of the frame that the picture rail can be used.
